Save with Wattsmart® Homes Heat Pump Water Heater (HPWH) program in Washington. Eligible residential Pacific Power customers can switch to an electric HPWH at NO COST. Work will be performed on a first-come, first-served basis.
FREE Services include:
⇒ Evaluating your current water heater and home to determine if a HPWH would be a good fit
⇒ Delivery and installation of the new HPWH at little to no cost
To ensure customer satisfaction and energy cost savings, only NEEA tier 3 certified HPWH models are installed by our program. To receive this certification, the model must meet strict energy efficiency and noise standards and must come with a one-year labor and ten-year part warranty. For tier qualifications, please reference the Qualified Products List.
Step 1: See if you Qualify
☑ Currently have an electric storage water heater.
☑ Have a suitable space for a HPWH.
☑ Reside in a single or manufactured home.
☑ Be the owner of the home.
☑ The home must have electricity supplied by an eligible Pacific Power rate schedule.
☒ Gas system conversions do not qualify.

Step 2: Schedule an Appointment
